The 5 most luxurious places to spend a night in Antwerp
1) Hotel August
Just 2 kilometres out of the city centre, next to the Zurenborg quarter, lies the ‘Groen Kwartier’ (Green Quarter), a lively residential and entrepreneurial neighbourhood. This is where, in the Spring of 2019, Mouche Van Hool (of Hotel Julien) opened her wonderful new hotel. She hired architect Vincent Van Duysen to convert a former monastery into a high-end hotel with 50 rooms. Here you can expect all the comfort and amenities you could wish for in a beautiful, calm and pure decor. The restaurant is in the hands of Nick Bril, the chef of the The Jane restaurant next door.
