1) Kottee Kaffee
Located down a quiet side street, this hidden coffee house has a trendy interior with a pale wood floor, designer furniture and a long reading table. It’s a relaxed spot where locals drop in for a flat white, a special tea or a healthy brunch with seven types of bread, local eggs, two types of ham and homemade jams.
2) Nomad
Margaux and Bram gave up their South African B&B in 2015 to open this hipster kitchen and bar on ’t Zand. The kitchen gets most of its supplies from small farms around Bruges, including the owners’ own organic farm.
