The 5 funkiest boutiques to find unique clothing in Toronto
1) Uncle Otis
Uncle Otis is one of the coolest men’s stores out there. Brands are sourced from around the world. The clothing is casual and more focused on providing younger crowds with comfortable streetwear. Think button-down shirts in patterns or plaids, and lots of khakis and jeans with running shoes.
2) Pink Canary
Pink Canary is packed with tons of different styles. The owner finds brands in cities like LA and New York. Prices are fairly reasonable, and they bring in new styles almost every week. You’ll find lots of dresses great for a night out, as well as jeans and T-shirts.

3) The Feral
The Feral is a clothing line by Toronto-based designer Zakariah Milana. His clothing is moody, edgy and unconventional. You won’t find any bright colours here. The designs are almost gothic, with lots of greys and blacks.
4) 6 by Gee Beauty
Opened by the pair of women who run Gee Beauty, this little boutique provides shoppers with luxury travel essentials. They have a nice range of clothing and sunglasses. One of my favourite reasons to visit is the perfume bar. There’s always something lovely to test.
5) The Narwhal Boutique
This boutique is fun. The clothes are comfortable and relaxed. It has a very bohemian style, with lots of loose flowy dresses and bright colours. Many of the pieces are quite pricey, but if you arrive during a sale you can get some really great quality clothing for a respectable price.
