5 renowned wine bars and wine shops in Munich
1) Garibaldi
This shop sells fine wines, spirits and food, (mostly) from Italy. Wine is an important aspect of human culture here. Check out their counter with Italian alimentari and, if you really don’t feel like having a good glass of wine, then order an espresso.
2) 225 Liter
The owners search for small and rather unknown winemakers, who are very passionate about their wine. Everyone is welcome here, whether you are a wine connoisseur or completely clueless about wine. They organise a wine tasting (at a small charge) every Friday from 5 pm at the back of the shop.

3) Dios Minga
A combination of a wine bar and a small restaurant: where you can eat Iberian and Bavarian specialities, drink wines from Spain and Portugal and spend a relaxed evening in a pleasant atmosphere. It’s like a mini vacation.
4) Südhang Sendling
You’d be hard pushed to find a more relaxed place to drink wine in Munich. The owners turned parts of their apartment into this cosy wine shop. They also offer Korean bar food such as gimbab (Korea’s answer to sushi) or kimchi. What a mix! Please note that they close at 8 pm.
