5 intriguing and unusual museums in Dublin
1) Irish Jewish Museum
In 1985 the then president of Israel Dr. Chaim Herzog reopened what was once a synagogue as the Irish Jewish Museum. The museum’s aim is to connect with and educate visitors about the history of Ireland’s small Jewish community, relating mostly to the last 150 years. It shows how this community continued to prosper through challenging times.
