What do you love most about Boston?

No matter where I travel, I’m always drawn back to Boston—it’s truly where I feel at home. The city’s compact size makes it easy to explore on foot, and its energy is constantly renewed by a diverse mix of local and international students.

Boston’s charm lies in its historic brownstones and rowhouses, paired with cozy coffee shops, unique bookstores, and a thriving restaurant scene that brings life to neighborhoods beyond the usual landmarks. A treasure trove for history buffs and a city full of family-friendly activities, Boston shines in every season—whether it’s the vibrant foliage of fall, the blooms of spring, snow-dusted winters, or summers perfect for escaping to nearby Cape Cod or the North Shore.

What would a perfect day in Boston look like for you?

A perfect day in Boston starts with a visit to a new coffee shop or bakery, savoring the morning while letting the city—or my dog—guide the adventure. I’d spend the afternoon wandering through one of the neighborhoods, discovering unique architecture and niche shops. On Boston’s many sunny days, even in winter, I’m drawn to the waterfront—whether along the Charles River or Boston Harbor—for the views and a bit of afternoon exercise. I’d end the day with an early dinner of innovative small plates to sample a variety of flavors or enjoy fresh seafood, always finishing with dessert.
