Located in a modernist palace in Madrid’s Letras district, just a few steps from Santa Ana Square. The building was renovated between 2010 and 2015. It is a personal project of Marga Pérez, a specialist in design and rehabilitation of spaces. The 25 apartments are spacious and individually decorated, creating unique spaces with their own personality.
