Open since 1876 and run by the fourth generation of the same family, Vefa Bozacısı has remained virtually unaltered through the centuries. Order a glass of their speciality, boza, a thick drink made from fermented millet and topped with cinnamon and roasted chickpeas and admire the exhibited glass from which Atatürk himself once enjoyed his boza.
