This international visual arts festival transforms the South Beach and the main corridor of Miami into a progressive party (and traffic) jam. Because of its everyday opulence – which includes the option of ordering a $1000 steak that’s served in a beefcase (a play on the word briefcase) with literal bells, whistles, and even a branding iron – David Grutman and David ‘Papi’ Einhorn’s 90-seat steakhouse hosts its share of celebrities. These include Venus and Serena Williams, Bad Bunny, and Eva Longoria.
